Driver Information:
If you apply to be a driver, we collect information such as your name, date of birth, driver’s license details, vehicle and insurance information, and other documents required by law.
LIMOQ8 may request permission to access your contact list on your mobile device.
This permission is optional and will always be preceded by a clear in-app disclosure explaining the reasons for the request before you decide whether to grant access.
We collect and use contact list information from your device only for the following internal purposes:

To let you choose trusted people to receive emergency alerts during a ride. These contacts are selected by you and stored securely on your device.
📤 App Sharing:
To make it easier for you to share the LIMOQ8 app directly with friends, family, or colleagues from your contact list.
🎁 Referral & Advertising Programs:
To enable you to send invitations or referral links to your contacts and participate in internal promotional or advertising programs.
For example, you may earn rewards when friends you invite join LIMOQ8 or view personalized promotions inside the app based on your own referral activity.

To help us analyze, in aggregated and anonymized form, how sharing or referral features are used — allowing us to enhance user experience and improve app functionality.
